Nicole Kleid Small, Founder
Nicole has over 15 years of experience across venture capital, investment banking and strategy consulting. Nicole has worked with high growth, technology companies for more than a decade. She has deep understanding and relationships across the Australian startup eco-system.
Nicole was the Investment Director at Rampersand, an early stage venture capital fund, for 4 years. At Rampersand, Nicole assessed thousands of startups, invested millions of dollars into the Australian startups and supported the portfolio companies to succeed.
Prior to Venture Capital, Nicole worked in the Product Strategy team at SEEK, and as a management consultant and investment banker.
